I am Jeff Reece, and I have been a member of Cancer League for the last 20+ years. Cancer has touched my life in many personal ways. My mother and father have each had different types of cancer and survived. My close friend from hockey and one of the younger guys around our team had cancer when he was even younger and was fortunate enough to survive. My oldest friend and his wife have had to watch their young child undergo cancer treatments... ON HER BRAIN!! She is a walking miracle thanks to the research supported by Cancer League of Colorado. Not all the results are good. We've lost too many to this devastating disease, including my Papa, who lost his battle with lung cancer.
